Bertrand Ploquin has been Chairman of Visotec since 2010. Since taking up his functions, his priorities have included improving the Group’s financial situation, global expansion and service offerings, with the aim of positioning Visotec as the world brands implementation experts. Before joining Visotec, he held a variety of management positions in France, the United States and Germany, at the American group Lydall Inc., where he was a member of the Executive Committee. He began his professional career at the auditing firm EY in France and in the Ivory Coast. Bertrand is a graduate of Audencia Business School.
Eric Tienvrot has been Sales Director of Visotec since 2010. He is responsible not only for consolidating the Group’s activity with its historical clients, but also convincing new international high-prestige brands to place their trust in Visotec. Before is current position on the Executive Committee, he was Managing Director of Arlux UK from 2000 to 2003, then Sales Director of Arlux France from 2004 to 2009. Eric holds a Masters in Economic Sciences from the University of Nantes and is a graduate of the University of Washington State (MBA).
Damien Firouz-Abadie has been Chief Financial Officer of VISOTEC Group since his arrival in June 2011. Since then, he has been involved in financial restructuring, improving financial performance and enabling external growth for the Group. Previously, Damien held financial management positions at Smurfit Kappa Group in France and the Seagram Wine and Spirits Group, after a time in audit with Arthur Andersen.
Philippe de Veyrinas joined Visotec Group in 2001 as Technical Director of the Visotec Services entity. In 2008, he was appointed General Manager of Visotec Services. With his teams, Philippe has strengthened Visotec’s technical expertise and contributed to diversifying the range of services offered to our clients in the field of image implementation and signage. Philippe honed his technical and commercial skills through extensive experience in the construction industry, with more than 10 years at the company INEO and 5 years as Branch Manager for Thyssen Group.
After studying management in France and then in England, Philippe Lespagnol spent the first 12 working years creating, then managing subsidiaries abroad for a French industrial group. He created subsidiaries in Singapore, Bangkok and Sydney, among others, then expanded the business of existing subsidiaries in Japan, Benelux and Scandinavia. These experiences enabled him to gain a strong international culture, taste for adventure and the ability to lead agile and autonomous teams, in a wide variety of environments. Upon returning to France, he took over responsibility for Lenoir Services, which he developed into one of the nation’s leaders in the sector, and diversified the company into services, then into the development of lighting solutions.
Jakub has been with Visotec for more than 15 years. His familiarity with complex brand implementation projects at the international level, vision focused on results and deep understanding of the financial issues of the projects quickly enabled him to take on a leading role in our operations in Poland. Under Jakub's responsibility, Visotec has grown significantly in Eastern Europe and established itself as the leading signage supplier in the region. Jakub holds an Executive MBA from the London Business School.
