Bertrand Ploquin has been Chairman of Visotec since 2010. Since taking up his functions, his priorities have included improving the Group's financial situation, expand worldwide - especially by setting up a plant in India - and strengthen the Group's service activities, with the aim of positioning Visotec as the world brands implementation experts. Before joining Visotec, he held va variety of management positions in France, the United States and Germany, as the American group Lydall Inc, where he was a member of the Executive Committee. He began his professional career at the auditing firm EY in France and in the Ivory Coast. Bertrand is a graduate of Audencia Business School.
David has been steering the development of the Visotec Group since 2025, maintaining a constant focus on clients and a vision centred on innovation, growth, and sustainable performance. An ICAM-trained engineer, David has built a career defined by managing multidisciplinary teams, structuring organizations, rolling out high-value-added services, and developing ambitious projects within demanding international environments—specifically at Bombardier Transportation and Wabtec Corporation. He joined the Group to drive a new phase of momentum while preparing for a leadership transition with Bertrand Ploquin. Today, his leadership combines operational excellence, a collaborative spirit, and a performance-driven culture, all in the service of the brands that entrust Visotec with the rollout of their visual identity.
Damien Firouz-Abadie has been Chief Financial Officer of VISOTEC Group since his arrival in June 2011. Since then, he has been involved in financial restructuring, improving financial performance, external growth operations and the Group's implantation into India. Previously, Damien held financial management positions at Smurfit Kappa Group in France and the Seagram Wine and Spirits Group, after a time in audit with Arthur Andersen.
Eric Tienvrot has been Sales Director of Visotec since 2010. He is responsible not only for consolidating the Group’s activity with its historical clients, but also convincing new international high-prestige brands to place their trust in Visotec. Before is current position on the Executive Committee, he was Managing Director of Arlux UK from 2000 to 2003, then Sales Director of Arlux France from 2004 to 2009. Eric holds a Masters in Economic Sciences from the University of Nantes and is a graduate of the University of Washington State (MBA).
Stéphane Cardi is Director of Business Development, with over 20 years of diverse experience in deploying corporate branding internationally. In charge of the Energy and EV Charging Stations division, Stéphane leads major projects around the world with giants in the energy and mobility sectors. His broad experience includes Innovation Management, Purchasing Portfolio Management, and the successful implementation of global projects. Holding a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Centrale Nantes, Stéphane masters both the technical and strategic vision, skills that are particularly valuable in this fast-evolving segment.
Philippe de Veyrinas joined the Visotec Group in 2001 as Technical Director of Visotec Services entity. He was appointed General Manager of Visotec Services in 2008 and General Manager of Lenoir Services in 2022. With his teams, Philippe has strengthened Visotec's technical expertise and contributed to diversifying the range of services offered to our clients in the field of image implementation and signage. Philippe honed his technical and commercial skills through extensive experience in the construction industry, with more than 10 years at the company INEO and 5 years as Branch Manager for Thyssen Group.
Piotr Giemza has been with Visotec since 2007, bringing over 19 years of experience within the organization. General Manager of the Polish business unit, he served as Chief Operating Officer before being appointed to his current role in 2023.
Holding a Master of Science degree in Automation and Robotics, Piotr has played a key role in implementing innovative technologies, enhancing product quality, and driving operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive leadership experience in international manufacturing environments, with particular strengths in operations, organizational development, and continuous improvement.

Dawid Rekosiak, CEO of Lenoir Services since spring 2026. An engineer by training, he leverages his experience in managing branches and profit centers to support business development, with particular focus on customer satisfaction, operational performance, and team leadership. Before joining Lenoir Services, Dawid held multi-site management roles, notably as Regional Director within the RECORD – ASSA ABLOY group and Regional Director for ENGIE Cofely Solutions. He began and built his managerial and commercial career in the field, overseeing electrical engineering activities for Ineo of the SUEZ group as well as fluid installation projects for AIR LIQUIDE Healthcare.
