Our job means more than completing a series of tasks; it is also our responsibility to inform our clients when each of our actions is completed on time, with the requisite quality, and in line with all the compliance requirements. This is why Visotec in fact sees reporting as a key component of its services. It does this all the more as, in general, while projects that run ideally do not give rise to any feedback, problems and uncertainties, as infrequent as they are, are quickly escalated to the highest levels.

It is essential that our teams be able to rely on an effective tool capable of reporting all the information from the ground, ranging from basic follow-up checks to end-of-project acceptance meetings. However, we also need to detect any issues that might slip through the cracks, not only to address them, but also to defuse the consequences quickly.

Through traditional means of communication (telephone, SMS, messaging and e-mail), we are, of course, able to manage a substantial part of the information flow. In parallel, our project management tool, directly accessible by our clients and authorised contacts, provides the effectiveness and consistency of the information processed.

This tool, developed by Visotec in the 2000s and continuously optimised since, makes it possible for our teams to match our clients’ networks in a structured, adapted and efficient manner.

At the end of any project, a precise and documented database is made available to our clients. Each of them can thus take advantage of the information throughout the life of a programme, or even during the preparation of the next programme.
