
Background
Krys Group is the leader in the optical market in France, with 4 brands established internationally: KRYS (879 points of sale), VISION PLUS (359 points of sale), LYNX OPTIQUE (104 points of sale) and KRYS AUDITION (100 points of sale). In 2015, the Group entrusted us with a global task set, ranging from design and signage points of sale to running services, and carrying out maintenance.
Execution
With presence in the city centre, on ABF sites (under the control of Architectes des Bâtiments de France), shopping centres and ZACs, Krys Group brands needed multi-site support. In addition, the contract carried an ambitious implementation schedule throughout France and short action times ranging from 3 to 4 weeks.

Even today, Lenoir Services / Visotec supports Krys Group by providing a proactive and remedial maintenance service. This after-sales expertise required both flexibility and reactivity to offer interventions within 5 working days, throughout France.



Results
We were able to hear Krys Group's requirements and, in order to deliver service consistent with its needs and values, we held to a number of strong commitments: respect for ethics, made in France, quality and long-lasting creation, and tight budget and time control. By keeping a buffer stock of signs, we were able to provide a standardised tailor-made response that enabled us to optimise costs and lead times.
