Background

For many years, Lenoir Services, a company of the Visotec Group, has been working alongside bioMérieux, a global player in the field of in vitro diagnostics, to serve all its signage needs. At the end of November 2017, the company contacted us to study the manufacture and implementation of its new visual identity worldwide. It was to be a large-scale undertaking, with a reveal scheduled for 9 January 2018.

Execution

The major challenge with this operation lied in keeping on schedule so that the new image could be produced and set at all French sites, by 9 January. At the same time, for all bioMérieux buildings worldwide, we created a nameplate and the new logo for the brand.

Results

We responded to bioMérieux’s request by optimising our manufacturing processes, cutting costs and lead times. This entailed changing the holiday dates of certain manufacturing workshops. We also implemented a one-off organisational concept, with travel management and installation planning components, which made the reveal a success.
