Background

Visotec was called upon to implement the visual identity of Altarea, a property company and multi-product real estate operator. Our mandate came within the shopping centre and car park creation and renovation component.

Execution

We successfully put to use a wide variety of materials (wood, aluminium, plastics, lighting, etc.) through a range of selected applications. These include signage about client pathways, outdoor “tenant” signs, decorative elements, car parks, wall coverings, light boxes and bespoke lighting.

At most of the sites, our study of on-the-ground constraints enabled us to opt for surface treatments suited to the environment.

Focus

Securing every detail, from prototyping to implementation

To support the development of new concepts, we wanted each stage of production to be subject to expert supervision. It is for this reason that designers and lighting specialists were brought in to review and validate each of the prototypes.

In addition, Lenoir Services, a company of Visotec Group, created a team of resources specialised in managing large projects with advanced technical skills. Lastly, the local sales follow-up implemented in Paris, Lyon and Nice has helps us smoothly achieve each of our targets.
