The department guarantees the application of group rules and the achievement of HSE and CSR objectives. This department supports the teams on a daily basis in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and product compliance. From design to manufacturing, this department occurs to manage non-conformities and implement preventive and corrective actions in order to sustain product quality.

Central role within the company, numerous interactions internally and externally to guarantee the best prices and lead times with consistent quality, whatever the origin and destination of the products are. Since CSR issues are central to Visotec, each player in the supply chain implements and guarantees compliance with and application of this policy. In this complex chain, logistics ensures the transfer of products within factories to support manufacturing as well as receptions and deliveries around the world.

The resource teams provide their expertise in various fields, such as finance, IT and Human Resources. The teams work together to best support the operational teams in the success of their projects. They ensure effective coordination between departments by optimizing the group's resources and processes.

The project teams ensure the strategic management of the projects. They follow the process of product realization until deployment to our customers all around the world. The project teams are the internal representatives of the customers to ensure the proper coordination between their needs and our capacities for manufacturing, installation, and management of the projects in a global way. The Quality-Cost-Time balance remains our priority objective.

The industrialization department assists sales representatives in responding to calls for tenders. Starting from the specifications, the teams carry out the industrialization of the products by studying the best solutions in line with the volumes, the designs, the processes, and the deadlines. They carry out technological and regulatory check, R&D, continuous improvement of designs, choice of materials, organizations, and equipment. Aware of changing needs, the department works with a permanent objective of eco-design in order to minimize the environmental impact of our solutions.

Integrated within the Visotec group, service entities, ambassadors of the group on the national territory deploy a turnkey service on customer sites: installation of signs and signage manufactured by our group as well as many additional services such as facade studies, manufacturing local and specific signs, locksmithing, facade cladding, concrete blocks, electricity, painting...
